1. Body Mass Index:-

This test is done to calculate body composition and to check if your child is Normal weight, Overweight or Underweight

2. Cardio-Respiratory Test:–

This test is done to test the ability of heart, lungs and organs to consume, transport and utilize oxygen in aerobic manner

Long term side effects of poor Cardio-Respiratory fitness are as follows:

  • The chances of high blood pressure
  • Weak immune response
  • Elevated cholesterol level.

3. Muscle Endurance:-

This test is done to test the ability of a muscle to contract strongly and effectively leading to less stress on the joints).

Long term side effects of poor Muscular endurance are as follows:

  • Weak muscles and bones
  • Slow metabolism and chances of higher obesity
  • Osteoarthritis of the hip and knee joint can be seen.

4. Flexibility:-

This test is done to test the ability of joint to move through a range of motion

Long term side effects of poor Flexibility are as follows:

  • Decreased range of motion.
  • Joints are prone to injuries.
  • Chances of back pain
  • Muscle tightness can be there

Fitness report cards with all fitness scores will be given which can be referred in future to track their progress to improved health.
